Shipping Policy
Estimated Fulfillment & Delivery time:
- USA: 6-8 business days
- EU: 7-9 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 business days
We will provide you with a tracking ID after your order is shipped.
Return Policy
- Since our products are made to your order, we only accept returns for items with technical defects (Later on, they are exchanged for the correct product). The product must be unworn and unwashed. If your order has a manufacturing error, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Please remember that to return the item, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees.

Customs
We are not responsible for any customs fees that may occur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any fees set by the customs office of their country.
Missing Order
Be sure that you have entered the correct address in your shipping confirmation. While we'd be happy to send you a replacement order to the correct address, it will be at your own expense if the address was incorrect.
If the shipping address was correct, please contact us with your order number.
- You should contact us within 30 days of making a purchase. We cannot assist you after that date.
Any item reshipped due to an undeliverable address, missed post office pickups, or anything else requiring reshipping will be charged a reshipping fee.
