SHIPPING AND RETURNS

• SHIPPING

We ship our products worldwide. All of the SA items are printed as you order, just for you. Orders are being printed and sent out daily during business days directly from our printing fulfillment centers located in the USA, UK, and EU. Orders are fulfilled from the nearest print center to the shipping location.

Fulfillment time is 1-10 days. The delivery takes 3 business days after fulfillment for the USA, 4-5 for the EU, and around 10 for the rest of the world. Please keep in mind that delivery time may take shorter, it depends on where fulfillment center is located.

If you order a few items at once sometimes they can be delivered separately following the fact that not every fulfillment center has the same amount of stock available.

We will provide you with a Tracking ID after your order is shipped.

• RETURNS

The return period is 14 days after your order is delivered.

To maintain hygiene, we only accept unworn, unwashed clothing for return.

To make a return of your items, we kindly ask you to contact us via email at [business email here]

We will contact you with a solution within 14 business days* after your request was made.

Please keep in mind that in order to return the item, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees.

• MISSING ORDER
  

Be sure that you have entered the correct address in your shipping confirmation. While we'd be happy to send you a replacement order to the correct address, it will be at your own expense if the address was incorrect.

If the shipping address was correct, please contact us with your order number. 

You should contact us within 30 days of making a purchase. We cannot assist you after that date.

Any item reshipped due to an undeliverable address, missed post office pickups, or anything else requiring reshipping will be charged a reshipping fee.
